Delay of retirement payments for the population is observed in March in Makeyevka occupied by militants, - reports the correspondent of OstroV.
So, it was possible to get a pension from the beginning of the month only for those pensioners, whose date of payment is until March 7th. Thus, the so-called "DPR" pension fund has already a debt for a week, it is growing. At the same time, the official wording to explain the situation is that the delay is allegedly related to technical problems, employees in the offices say simply and clearly: "No money. We don’t know when there will be".
According to a variety of sources, the Kremlin decided to reduce funding "budget" of the so-called "DPR" - "LPR" by the third and tighten control over the financial flows directly related to military needsas of the spring of 2016. This fact has already been realized in the form of a reduction of personnel from the local population, transformation and reorganization of some military structures (including Vostok and Prizrak groups) in units of "Army Corps" - at the same time filling the "republican" units with Russian military personnel, whose payments are already provided by the RF budget.
