7517 cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine over the past day. This was reported by Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov at a briefing in Kyiv today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.
"We have another anti-record in Ukraine - 7517 people fell ill over the past day, including 344 children and 356 health workers. 1032 people were hospitalized over the past day", - the minister stated.
According to him, 121 deaths from COVID-19 were recorded over the past day, 2680 patients recovered.
"In total, 330 396 people fell ill in Ukraine during the pandemic, including 19 796 children and 20 884 health workers. 137 578 people recovered and 6164 died", - Maksym Stepanov said.
63 131 tests on COVID-19 were carried over the past day, of which 36 357 - by PCR and 26 674 - by EIA.
