27 856 cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine as of June 9. This was reported by Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov at a briefing in Kyiv today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.
"394 people fell ill over the past day, of which 39 children and 34 health workers", - he stated.
According to him, 13 deaths from COVID-19 have been recorded over the past day.
"In total, 27 856 people fell ill during the pandemic, including 2003 children and 5135 health workers. 12412 people recovered and 810 died", - Maksym Stepanov said.
The Minister noted that 8080 tests on COVID-19 were carried out by PCR over the past day.
