It will be possible to talk about ending quarantine only with a steady decrease in the incidence of COVID-19 in Ukraine. This was announced by Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov at a briefing in Kyiv today, - correspondent of OstroV reports.

"Given today's anti-record for incidence, I think that talking about ending quarantine is inexpedient. Of course, we are considering options for its ending, under what conditions it is possible in the country", - the head of the Ministry of Health stated.

According to him, it will be possible to talk about ending quarantine only with a steady decrease in the incidence of COVID-19.

"On the mechanism for ending quarantine, on the stages of quitting, we constantly analyze the experience of other countries, how to do it as comfortable as possible in our country. But only after we see that there is an opportunity for this", - the minister noted.

As previously reported, as of April 15, 3764 cases of COVID-19 coronavirus were confirmed in Ukraine, 108 people died, 143 were cured.

Earlier, the Cabinet of Ministers introduced an emergency situation throughout Ukraine for 30 days and extended the quarantine until April 24.
