The "DNR" occupiers announced quarantine in the village of Novyi Svit and at the Starobeshevska TPP under the pretext of combating the spread of COVID-19. Information about this was made public by the so-called "Coronavirus Operational Headquarters".
"In the context of spread of COVID-19 on the territory of the DNR, a decision was made to temporarily restrict entry and exit from Novyi Svet settlement, on the territory of which the Starobeshevska TPP is located", - the report said.
According to the occupiers, they are thinking about protecting the "health of the TPP workers", as well as "about the safety of strategically important facility of the "republic".
Simultaneously with the "quarantine" message of the press service of the fake "MIA", information about the arrest of director of the Starobeshevska TPP Mark Myagkov, allegedly, for fraud and theft of a large sum of money was published.
