Agreements on the creation of a body that records the CADLO subjectivity were signed in Minsk, and Russia appears to be in the status of a guarantor-observer. This is stated in the decision of the Trilateral Contact Group, which met in Minsk on March 11. The photocopy was published by ZN.UA.
Citing relevant documents transmitted from a source in the negotiating group, the title writes that the decision of the TCG on the establishment of an Advisory Council will be signed on March 25, 2020 after consultations with representatives of the OSCE, France and Germany.
According to the text of the document, the Council with the casting vote includes 10 representatives from Ukraine and CADLO. Russia will be represented by one participant, like the OSCE, Germany and France, as guarantors of implementation of the Minsk agreements.
"The main task of the Council is to conduct dialogue, consultations and develop proposals for draft political and legal decisions to resolve the conflict in accordance with the Set of measures, including regarding the holding of elections in certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts of Ukraine", - the decision of the TCG notes.
