U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch is indeed completing her three-year term in Kyiv as was planned earlier, and her departure date is coordinated with the transfer of presidential power in Ukraine. "Ambassador Yovanovitch completes her three-year diplomatic term in Kyiv in 2019 as planned", - the U.S. foreign affairs department noted.
