The "DNR" leader Denis Pushilin has ordered to urgently provide with "passports" all the youth of the occupied territory, starting from the age of 14. This is stated in his "decree" on the "DNR passport".
Pushilin called the separatist "passport" the "main identity document".
He ordered the "Ministry of the Interior of the DNR" to ensure, as a matter of priority, the issuance of passport of a "citizen of the DNR" to residents of the occupied territories, "who have reached the age of 14 to 16 years".
