Six miners of 1/3 Novohrodivska mine refuse to ascent due to wage arrears. Head of the Independent Trade Union of Miners of Ukraine Mykhailo Volynets reported this on Facebook.
"Six miners refuse to ascent. They demand payment of wage arrears", - he wrote.
According to the information of the Independent Trade Union of Miners of Ukraine, today at about 10 a.m., 50 miners from the seventh section of the mine refused to start the work. This situation arose due to the fact that the wage arrears of the miners of Selidvuhillia state-owned enterprise is about $9.2 million.
As of today, no wages have been paid to employees for November, December and January.
