Special Monitoring Mission of the OSCE still can not get on the part of the border with Russia uncontrolled by Ukraine. This was stated by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko at the meeting with the media before negotiations with German Chancellor Angela Merkel today in Berlin, - informs Interfax-Ukraine.
"OSCE SMM is still unable to visit uncontrolled part of the Ukrainian-Russian border," - he said.
The President also noted that the OSCE SMM faces restrictions during its activities in areas controlled by armed groups. "They (IAF) prohibit to visit the places where heavy weapons are observed in violation of the relevant agreements," - said Poroshenko.
