The Verkhovna Rada Regulation Committee has voted for the removal of parliamentary immunity from Nadiya Savchenko and gave permission to detain and arrest her, - correspondent of OstroV reports.
The Verkhovna Rada will consider this issue at a meeting today and will make a decision.
As previously reported, the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine made a submission to the Verkhovna Rada for the removal of parliamentary immunity and arrest of MP Nadiya Savchenko. She is suspected of preparing a terrorist act in the parliament hall.
In turn, Savchenko denies her guilt and claims that she spoke in game about preparing terrorist acts in the Rada.
