Chief of the General Staff of Ukraine Viktor Muzhenko has drop a hint of doubt that Ukrainian society is ready for a solution of the Donbass issue by force. He told journalists about this on Thursday, - Ukrayinska Pravda reports.
Muzhenko noted that the Armed Forces are ready for a solution of the Donbass issue by force, if we consider this in the context of availability of weapons and a control system.
At the same time, he added that for a ten-day operation with the use of aviation, it is possible to incur losses of 10-12 thousand military men.
When asked about the assessment of civilian casualties, he noted that there are 10 000 local residents per 2300 military casualties.
