Ten houses were burned in the front-line Verkhnyotoretske as a result of shelling, - the department of communication of the State Unitary Research Enterprise in the Donetsk oblast reports.
Information about the burning of houses in Verkhnyotoretske of Yasynuvata district was received about 12.45 from dispatcher of the State Emergency Service in Toretsk.
As local residents reported, the fire occurred as a result of shelling. Specialists of the rescue service left for the settlement, which is on the line of demarcation, and rescued 2 houses on Pervomayskaya Street from fire. The remaining 10 buildings were burnt.
The shelling resumed later, what caused the rescuers to stop their work.
The shelling continues. Crime scene investigation team of the composite police detachment, which is deployed in Ocheretyne village, was sent to the scene to inspect the territory and find out the circumstances of incident.
