The militants are using heavy weapons in the ATO area in several parts of the front. This was announced today at the briefing by the speaker of the Presidential Administration on ATO Alexander Motuzyanik, - reports the correspondent of OstroV.
"Yesterday the situation in the east of Ukraine tended to escalate. The enemy used heavy weapons in several parts of the front,"- he said.
The speaker pointed out that fightings renewed in the direction of Luhansk.
"The enemy fired our positions near Krymskoho from 120-mm mortars. Some time later another strong point in this area was shellfired by enemy from rocket-propelled grenades,"- said A. Motuzyanik.
