The militants' sniper fired at civilian car in the area of Zhovanka. This was written by the head of the Civil-military administration of Zaitseve Volodymyr Veselkin on his Facebook.
"This is f*cked up!!! The DPR sniper fights the civilians… (on the way to Zhovanka)", - Veselkin wrote, having published the photos of the injured car.
He did not give the details of the shelling.
