Facts of "nationalization" of enterprises in the SDDLO are included in the international lawsuits of Ukraine against the Russian Federation as the aggressor state. This was stated by the Minister of Justice of Ukraine Pavel Petrenko to journalists in Kyiv today, - Interfax-Ukraine reports.
"We understand that the DPR/LPR lead from Moscow. Their statement is the position of official Moscow as the aggressor state in relation to any given actions… We will include all these facts in our international lawsuits, and this will be the subject of the international judicial decisions. Russia will bear the responsibility for it, including the property responsibility", - P.Petrenko said.
