The Security Service of Ukraine detained the head of the Ukrainian Officer Corps Prisoner Release Centre Volodymyr Ruban at the Marinka checkpoint in the Donetsk oblast. This was reported by the journalist of Hromadske Radio Iryna Sampan on her Facebook with reference to the source in law enforcement agencies.
"The Security Service of Ukraine detained the head of the Ukrainian Officer Corps Prisoner Release Centre Volodymyr Ruban at the Marinka checkpoint of entry-departure. He was riding in SDDO after Nadiya Savchenko", - she noted.
According to her, secret service officers are already working with Ruban for several hours.
The Press Secretary of the Security Service of Ukraine Olena Hitlyanska specified that the Security Service interviews Ruban. "The Security Service of Ukraine interviews !!! Volodymyr Ruban in the Donetsk region due to the fact of his violation of the determinate order of crossing the line of demarcation in the area of ATO. The issue of the possible cancellation of permission of crossing of the contact line for the citizen of Ukraine V.Ruban is also studied. The law is one for all", - she reported on her Facebook.
As previously reported, the People's Deputy N.Savchenko and V.Ruban visited a correctional facility in the occupied Makiivka where the Ukrainian prisoners of war are on February 24. Later Savchenko explained that consciously took the risk in order to release the prisoners and asked to support her.
