Minsk agreements do not allow illegal armed groups of the "DPR" to keep the front near Avdiivka and regain lost ground. Such an opinion was expressed by the creator of Vostok terrorist battalion Alexander Khodakovsky on his Facebook.
"A small area is still a subject of an exacerbation. ... Everybody was butting for it today: Vostok, Sparta, Somali… Soldiers and commanders expressed unprecedented courage once again, but the neighbors will leave after giving assistance, and everything will remain as before. You can restore, or at least try to restore existed line of defense, but no one will keep it. This scenario, when there is hardly a half of the numerical strength of the battalions in service, and the front line length exceeds the possibilities of units assigned to it, to hold it - needs more effective measures", - the gunman stated.
"It is not possible to be both at the front and in Minsk, and each Minsk, as experience has shown, is better to argue, when the front is all right", - Khodakovsky concluded.
As previously reported, militants supported by the Russian army captured Debaltseve during the negotiations and the signing of the package of measures for the implementation of the Minsk agreements in February 2015, thereby violating all the agreements on a cease-fire, and shifted the line of demarcation unilaterally for their own benefit. According to the Minsk agreements, Debaltseve should be under the control of Ukraine, but its occupation has allowed Russia and its satellites to take a tough stand at the negotiations in Minsk.
