It concerns the peace agreement proposed by Donald Trump’s administration to stop russia’s nearly four-year aggression.
According to him, as well as according to Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov, the sides reached a “general understanding” regarding the proposal, but some details still need to be refined.
The news appeared against the backdrop of U.S. Army Secretary Dan Driscoll’s stay in Abu Dhabi, where he met with russian representatives, CBS News reported, citing two American officials and two diplomatic sources.
