"On August 11 at 22:55, the occupation forces carried out an attack on Bilozerske. Under the strikes of FAB-250 with UMPK, a residential neighborhood was hit, where civilians were in their homes. A 43-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman died from the injuries sustained. In addition, three men, three women, and a 16-year-old boy were injured. The victims were diagnosed with mine-explosive and craniocerebral injuries, concussion, shrapnel wounds, cuts, bruises, and contusion. They were provided with qualified medical assistance", - the statement reads.
Also, in the places of impact, 8 apartment buildings and 6 cars were damaged.
Under the procedural guidance of the Pokrovsk District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched in the criminal proceedings on the fact of a war crime (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Prosecutors are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document the cynical attack of the occupiers on the civilian population.
