This was reported by the head of the Donetsk Oblast Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, on August 1.
"The death toll in Kramatorsk has risen to 3 dead and 10 injured. People may still be under the rubble of the five-story building, the search and rescue operation continues", - Filashkin stated.
According to him, a total of at least 30 buildings and 13 vehicles were damaged in the strike.
