Donald Trump gave the russian dictator putin 10 days to end the war in Ukraine. This was reported by the Telegram channel "DW Glavnoe".
"Ten days from today", - said the U.S. President to journalists on July 29 before departing from Scotland.
Donald Trump noted that after this deadline, Washington will impose the promised tariffs against moscow.
"I don't know if this will affect russia, because he (putin – ed.) obviously probably wants to continue the war", - Trump said.
The head of the White House also called the lack of any response from putin to his ultimatum "a shame". Earlier, the press secretary of the president of the russian federation, Dmitry Peskov, noted that the kremlin had "taken note" of Trump’s statement.
