The U.S. president made this statement ahead of his meeting with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer in Thornbury, Scotland.
Donald Trump once again expressed his dissatisfaction with the actions of the russian dictator.
“We held negotiations many times... putin [after them] launches missiles at certain cities, like Kyiv, killing many people... I am very disappointed in president putin”, - said the head of the White House.
Therefore, Trump continued, the 50-day period he gave putin to resolve all issues related to russia’s aggression against Ukraine may be shortened.
“I know the answer to what happens next”, - he admitted, noting that he sees no steps from the russian side toward peace agreements.
“I’m setting a new deadline. It was 50 days, now it will be 10–12 days. There’s no point in waiting. I wanted to be generous, but we simply don’t see any progress”, - said the U.S. president.
