Twenty-one people sought medical assistance following an enemy strike on a residential building in Kharkiv on the evening of September 21. This was reported by Oleh Synehubov, head of Kharkiv's Oblast Military Administration, on Telegram.
According to him, the russians used a FAB-250 bomb against the high-rise building where dozens of residents were sleeping.
"Among them are three children, aged 17, 17, and 8", - Synehubov reported.
According to the State Emergency Service, the strike damaged the windows and facades of seven apartment buildings, a preschool facility, and 21 cars. Sixty-eight people were evacuated from the 16-story residential building near where the enemy bomb hit.
