The russian offensive has slowed down due to significant losses in the occupying forces, acknowledged russian "war correspondent" Yuri Kotenok on his Telegram channel.
"We are crawling slowly west from Donetsk. Baby steps. It’s clear why the pace has slowed. There are no people. The level of losses is high. For those who don’t understand – we physically have no one left to advance. The manpower is exhausted", - he laments.
"God willing, if we manage to capture the Sloviansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration... At this rate, we’ll clear only the DNR [the Donetsk oblast] in about 2 years! There’s no talk about Odesa or Kharkiv", - he states.
