The body of the father of eight-year-old Mykhailo, who died in the Kharkiv "Epicenter", was identified through DNA analysis, according to a report by the Main Department of the National Police of the Kharkiv oblast.
Thirty-eight-year-old Oleksandr worked at the Kharkiv hypermarket that the russians bombed on May 25. A photograph that went viral around the world showed the eight-year-old son of the deceased giving a DNA sample to identify his father's remains.
As of 6:00 a.m., the police had identified 16 out of the 17 bodies, according to the police report.
