Five residents of the Donetsk oblast were killed in russian shelling over the past day. This was reported by the head of Donetsk Oblast Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, and the Donetsk oblast police on Telegram on May 27.
"On May 26, the russians killed five residents of the Donetsk oblast: two in Antonivka, one each in Siversk, Krasnohorivka, and Chasiv Yar", - the OMA head's message stated.
It was noted that another three people in the region were injured over the past day.
Additionally, 11 private houses were damaged in Selydove. The outskirts of Kurakhove were shelled. In Zakytne of the Lyman community, two houses were destroyed and five were damaged; one more house was damaged in Zarichne.
In Siverne of the Toretsk community, 14 private houses and three apartment buildings were damaged. In the Chasiv Yar community, 10 private houses and one apartment building were damaged. In Siversk, four private houses and two apartment buildings were damaged.
"In total, the russians shelled settlements in the Donetsk oblast 13 times over the past day. 194 people, including 15 children, were evacuated from the front line", - the head of the Oblast Military Administration added.
