Ukrainian author Dmytro Kapranov has passed away suddenly. This was announced on the official Facebook page of the Kapranov brothers.
"Friends, a tragedy happened. Dmytro passed away suddenly this morning. I will let you know about the farewell details tomorrow. Everything else is canceled, we are sorry", - the message says.
The Kapranov brothers - Dmytro and Vitalii (born July 24, 1967, Dubossary, now Moldova) are Ukrainian writers, publishers, publicists, social activists, and bloggers.
Since February 24, 2022, at the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine, the writers have been fighting with weapons in hand in Kyiv as part of the Azov Regiment.
