The UN has condemned the strike by the Ukrainian military intelligence on the Shahed drone production plant in russian Tatarstan on April 2nd, referring to the facility, which serves the occupiers' military-industrial complex, as "civilian infrastructure". This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing a statement from the spokesperson for the UN Secretary-General, Stéphane Dujarric.
"We oppose all attacks on civilian infrastructure and call for them to cease", - he said.
Earlier, russian media reported that drones had attacked facilities in Tatarstan, specifically in Yelabuga and Nizhnekamsk. Later, it became known that the target of the attack in russian Tatarstan, located 1000 kilometers from Ukraine, was the Shahed drone assembly plant.
