Putin stated that russia would be able to buy information about the masterminds of the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall from the criminal community. He voiced his "commercial" plans during a meeting of the russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.
"We will undoubtedly reach the masterminds of the terrorist attack at Crocus; there is no reliable intelligence in the criminal environment, they do everything for money", - putin said.
"Those who use this weapon against Russia must understand that it cuts both ways. Orders for crimes for money are not uncommon. There is no reliable intelligence in this environment. They do anything for money, guided solely by financial considerations. Also, everything is easily sold and bought, any information. So we will undoubtedly reach the masterminds", - he assured.
As reported earlier, the russian dictator and the leaders of the security forces under his control, without any evidence, immediately after the shooting of civilians in a concert hall in the Moscow oblast, accused Ukraine of the terrorist attack.
