The number of wounded in Kharkiv as a result of the russian strike has increased to over 20, with one person dead. Oleh Synehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, reported this on Telegram.
"At around 07:30 a.m., the occupiers struck the central part of Kharkiv, particularly in the Shevchenkivskyi district. The type of missiles is being determined. At this moment, there are over 20 casualties. One person has died", - wrote Synehubov.
According to him, multi-story residential buildings, outbuildings, and other civilian infrastructure have been damaged, and there are car fires.
Emergency services continue to inspect the impact sites.
