A figure of putin in shackles and in a prison uniform has been installed in front of the International Court of Justice in The Hague. The campaign "Putin to prison, not to the Kremlin" was timed to coincide with the illegal "inauguration" of the russian dictator, who usurped power in the russian federation as a result of illegal elections.
