Five people died due to the russian missile strike on Odesa on April 29. Another 32 are injured, including a little girl in extremely critical condition, according to Oleh Kiper, the head of the Odesa Oblast State Administration, in a Telegram message.

"It's a terrible day for Odesa. The russians struck with a ballistic missile, presumably with a cluster munition, at one of the most popular locations among the residents and visitors to the city, where people were walking with children, dogs, engaging in sports... Such munitions are used to target living beings and pose a threat primarily to people, not machinery or buildings", - said the OSA head.

Kiper noted that as of the evening of April 29, four people had died as a result of the strike.

"Another person died as a result of a stroke provoked by the attack. Thirty-two people are injured, 25 are in hospitals, including two children and a pregnant woman. A girl who is not even five years old is in extremely critical condition. Another six adults are also in intensive care. Our doctors are doing everything possible and impossible", - Kiper said.

He added that a dog was also killed by the strike.
