Russians are bringing mercenaries from Cuba and Nigeria to the occupied territory, according to the Center for National Resistance.
"In various regions, militants from Cuba and Nepal have been observed. They undergo training at local training grounds, where russian instructors, former members of the Wagner terrorist group, train mercenaries.
Russia actively recruits mercenaries from poor countries worldwide, where it has extensive espionage networks, as empires always wage their colonial wars using the hands of other peoples", - the report states.
It is noted that mercenaries receive higher payments than russians, as their lives are more valuable. However, their deaths do not lead to social advancement in russia itself.
