NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg assures that the alliance has no intentions of sending troops to Ukraine. This information was reported by the Telegram channel "Radio Liberty".

Stoltenberg stated that even without such a move, "NATO allies are providing unprecedented support to Ukraine".

"We have been doing this since 2014 and intensified our efforts after the onset of the full-scale conflict. But there are no plans to deploy NATO troops to Ukrainian territory", - he added.

Earlier, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico mentioned that some countries within the alliance were discussing the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine. French President Macron acknowledged that such an option is not completely ruled out.
