Two upper floors of the nine-story residential building were destroyed as a result of the drone strike. A fire broke out, covering an area of 20 square meters. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) reported these developments on February 23.
Eight people were injured in the attack. A heating point has been set up on-site for the affected citizens, and SES psychologists are providing necessary assistance to the victims.
Rescuers are currently clearing the debris, and search and rescue operations are underway to find two individuals who are presumed to be under the rubble.
It is important to note that earlier on February 23, occupiers shelled the Myrnohrad community in the Donetsk oblast, resulting in one fatality.
