President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, dismissed Viktor Khorenko from the position of the Commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and appointed Serhiy Lupanchuk to this position. The respective decrees were published on the website of the President of Ukraine on November 3.
"DECREE OF THE PRESIDENT OF UKRAINE No. 728/2023
To appoint Colonel LUPANCHUK Serhiy as the Commander of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine", - the President's Decree states.
It was previously reported that Zelensky made personnel reshuffles in several Ukrainian embassies.
