The job vacancy database at the "Republican Employment Center" contains over 25,000 offers from employers, significantly outnumbering the registered job seekers. This fact was acknowledged by the "Acting Minister of Labor and Social Policy of the DNR", Denis Strelchenko.
He emphasized that the current situation in the registered labor market in the region indicates a significant surplus in demand for labor over its supply, leading to a shortage of personnel in the occupied territory of the Donetsk oblast.
As of the end of October, the tension coefficient stands at a mere 0.04 - signifying that there are 26 job vacancies for every job seeker.
