Over the course of a day, russian invaders shelled 12 settlements in the Donetsk oblast, resulting in damage and destruction of several civilian structures. This was reported by the Oblast Military Administration on Telegram on October 23rd.
Specifically, Vuhledar endured seven artillery and two mortar attacks, one strike from a Grad multiple rocket launcher system, and an enemy airstrike. In the Kurakhove community, Veselyi Hai, Hannivka, and Trudove were targeted, leading to damage to an infrastructure object.
Avdiivka also suffered from intense artillery shelling, resulting in one casualty. Outbuildings were damaged in Bohoiavenka.
Furthermore, two houses in Toretsk were damaged, as well as five private residences, a multi-story building, and an industrial facility in Chasiv Yar.
In the Zvanivka community, Pereizne came under fire, and in the Lyman community, Torske and Zarichne were affected. A house in Serebrianka of the Siversk community sustained damage.
It was previously reported that an evacuation from Avdiivka, where 1,600 people are still residing, is planned for October 23-24.
