The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has declared russia a dictatorship and called on all Council of Europe member states not to recognize the legitimacy of president putin after the end of his current term. This information was shared by the head of the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, on X social network on October 13.

"I welcome the powerful resolution of PACE, which recognizes russia as a dictatorship. More than 20 years of unconstitutional one-man rule have led to crimes both within and outside the country. PACE also called on all Council of Europe member states to recognize Putin as illegitimate after the end of his current term", - wrote Kuleba.

Furthermore, according to information from Ukrainian MP Oleksiy Honcharenko, who was present in the Assembly's session hall, PACE called on all countries to execute the arrest warrant for putin issued by the International Criminal Court and to apprehend him.

As reported earlier, PACE recognized the Holodomor of 1932-1933 as genocide against the Ukrainian people.
