Russian occupiers have begun preparations to conscript 17-year-old young men in Khrustalne (formerly known as Krasnyi Luch) in the Luhansk oblast. This was reported by the head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, Artem Lysohor, in his Telegram channel on September 29.

"In Khrustalne, the russians are preparing to mobilize 17-year-old young men who will reach the age of majority next year", - the message says.

It is noted that the russians are checking whether all of them have registered with the military enlistment offices and undergone medical examinations.

Earlier, it was reported that residents of remote villages in the occupied Starobilsk district received summonses from the military enlistment office.
