Russia is conducting a nationwide civil defense exercise, as reported by russian media, citing an application released by Rospotrebnadzor (Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing).
The exercise is scheduled for October 3rd and is based on a scenario in which russia has declared martial law, implemented a general mobilization, and 70% of housing has been destroyed.
The authorities of several regions, including the Leningrad, Volgograd, Saratov, Pskov oblasts and Chuvashia, have officially confirmed the conduct of these exercises.
