This information is based on a statement from the so-called "Representation of the DNR in the JCCC" (Joint Center for Ceasefire Control and Coordination).

The statement notes that from February 24, 2022, to September 25, there have been 4,703 civilian casualties in the occupied territory of the Donetsk oblast, including 139 children.
