Russian forces launched an attack on a dormitory in Kherson during the night, killing two civilians. This was reported by Oleksandr Prokudin, the head of the Kherson Oblast Military Administration, via his Telegram channel on September 21.
"At around 3:40 a.m., the russian army unleashed a barrage of fire on residential neighborhoods in Kherson. The russians struck the dormitory building while people were still asleep. As of now, we know of two deceased civilians", - Prokudin noted.
The official added that an additional 5 residents were injured as a result of the occupiers' attack.
"A 61-year-old Kherson resident has been hospitalized in critical condition. Two women, aged 44 and 57, as well as a 49-year-old man, have been transported to the hospital with moderate injuries. An 81-year-old resident received medical assistance on-site", - Prokudin reported.
As previously reported, there were 7 injured as a result of a missile strike on Kyiv.
