Leader of the "LPR" Igor Plotnitsky after his "colleague" from the "DPR" decided to send a complaint to the UN Security Council on Ukraine which allegedly does not fulfill the Minsk agreements. It is stated by the militant’s "address" to the people.

"We confirm in word and deed that we are ready for a peaceful solution to all conflicts with Kiev. However, Poroshenko’s promises and their fulfillments are far away from each other... He brings back the withdrawn troops to our borders. I even don’t want to discuss the changes in the Constitution and laws that he promised in Minsk ... The debts on pensions and social benefits, which Ukrainian courts recognized, are not even paid. But more than fifteen months have passed since the signing of the Minsk agreements. During such a period you can give birth to a baby and make another one, " - said the statement.

The leader of the "LPR" said he did not intend to wait any longer and went on to the offensive against Ukraine. "We are going on to the offensive, at first at the diplomatic front. Due to the legal perfection of our position, we will appeal to the supreme international body – the United Nations Security Council to oblige Poroshenko to fulfill the commitments made in Minsk."

As leader of the "DPR", Plotnitsky offers to fill a complaint against Ukraine in the form of a petition. "For the call to be convincing and compelling, we offer every citizen of the republic to sign it and we ask the republican public organizations to arrange convenient collection of signatures for all citizens," – he said.

As previously reported, members of the UN Security Council unanimously approved a resolution proposed by Russia, which expressed support for the Minsk agreements to resolve the Ukrainian conflict on February 17th.

According to the report, the resolution, inter alia, states that all parties to the conflict in Ukraine should fully fulfill the Minsk agreements. Meanwhile, the terrorists "republics" with the logistical support of the Russian Federation violate the Minsk agreements by constant shelling and refusal to release prisoners. Zakharchenko and Plotnitsky regularly declare that they are ready to occupy the whole Donetsk region and positions himself as the leader of the ephemeral "DPR" and "LPR" which the Minsk agreements do not mention.
