Russian dictator putin has signed a federal law that establishes a "free economic zone" in the occupied territories of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson oblasts. The document has been published on the official legal information portal.
Thus, a "special regime for entrepreneurial and other activities" is being introduced in the territories under russian control in Ukraine. It includes tax and customs incentives, subsidies for interest payments on loans, and so on.
