According to this "document", the "head of the DNR", "prime ministers of the parliament", as well as their deputies, "ministers", "deputy chairpersons of parliamentary committees", and their deputies, "members of parliament", the "chairperson of the central election commission" and their deputies, the "secretary and members of the Central Election Commission", the head of the "audit chamber" and their deputies, and so on, are recognized as "state officials".
