National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine investigates withdrawing 10 billion hryvnias from Ukrainian bankrupt banks to offshore companies. It was stated by director of NABU Artem Sytnkil during the parliamentary hearings on May 18th, - reports Espresso.TV.

"The Anti-Corruption Bureau registered a case ... This investigation concerns the withdrawal of funds of bankrupt banks through foreign banks to offshores," - said Sytnik.

According to him, the total amount of funds withdrawn is 10 billion hryvnias. This amount includes partially the funds received as refinancing.

"It’s an interesting case, but I must say that I can not promise that it will be in the court next week," - said the head of the NABU noting that it is due to the cooperation with foreign partners.
