Locals of the occupied territory of Ukraine by the russian federation will be accepted into the National Guard of russia without any age restrictions. This is stated in a decree by the russian dictator putin.
The decree notes that the age limit for joining the russian Guard for residents of the "Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics (occupied Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts - OstroV), as well as the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia oblasts, is canceled until January 1, 2026".
Additionally, the decree cancels measures for professional psychological selection of future russian National Guard soldiers, establishes no trial period and does not require any guarantees for residents of the areas not under the control of the legitimate authorities of Ukraine.
Furthermore, if the candidate does not have any documents at all, this issue can be resolved by the mandate commission.
