The enemy is shelling Avdiivka with tactical aircraft missiles. This was announced by the head of the Avdiivka city military administration, Vitaliy Barabash, on the air of the Espresso TV channel.
"The enemy is destroying the city with missiles. Over the past day, six Kh-59 missiles hit the city. A missile strikes and a five-story building is destroyed to the foundation. Basically, the enemy targets administrative buildings, schools, kindergartens", - Barabash said.
According to him, the enemy shelled along the defense line around the city all night.
"At night there were single strikes in the old and central part of the city, there were no deaths. Yesterday, 11 people were evacuated, including 6 children. There are still 38 children remaining in the city. Ms. Vereshchuk noted that at the legislative level we will have a mechanism for the forced evacuation of families with children who are located in front-line cities", - Barabash stressed.
